As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, we come together to celebrate the warmth of our community. In this winter newsletter, you will find updates about our services, tips to stay safe and healthy, and upcoming events to keep you engaged during the season.

Winter Wellness Tips

Stay Active: Even on frigid days, gentle indoor exercises or short walks can help boost your mood and energy.
Stay Warm: Layer up, keep extra blankets handy, check that your heating systems are working properly.
Eat Well: Enjoy hearty soups and seasonal produce to keep your immune system strong.
Stay Connected: If you are feeling isolated, reach out to us for a chat or a check-in.

Upcoming Events

Virtual Bingo Night: Join us every Thursday at 6:00 PM for fun, prizes, and friendly faces via Zoom.
Winter Craft Workshop: Get creative with our online crafting session on 01/15/2026. Supplies will be delivered to registered participants.
Monthly Wellness-check in: Our patient care specialist volunteers are available for phone consultations about winter health and safety.
